Discounted Additional Listings: You may choose to list your company more than once in our directory.  Each additional listing will be discounted as follows; Additional Elite and Classic listings are discounted by 50% off the original listing, Additional Basic listings are discounted by 25% off the original listing. Additional listing must be at the same level of service or lower, and with the same authorization logos, as the original.

Other Terms:

1) Membership fees for AccountingSoftwareConsultants.Net ("ASC90.net") may ONLY be paid by credit card. 2) Memberships will be dated the 1st of the month. If enrolled after the first of the month the enrollment will be dated the 16th of the month and, for the first billing cycle only, will be billed for 3 1/2 months.   3) Thereafter, Reseller's credit card will automatically be charged every three months, on the 21^st of the month, for the following three calendar months. For example, if you are enrolled for January, February & March, then April, May & June would be charged on March 21st (unless you notify us by March 20th that you wish to cancel - see #4.)  4) If Reseller wishes to cancel membership, they must submit a written cancellation notice via email, to cancellations@accountingsoftwareconsultants.net, by the 20^th day of the calendar month which is the day before your scheduled automatic renewal.  Otherwise, Reseller's credit card will be charged for the coming three calendar months, and will not be refunded. 5) This enrollment form is not an offer. ASC.net has the right to decline any enrollment. Upon ASC’s discretion, ASC also has the right to cancel any reseller’s membership at any time, and will issue a prompt, pro-rated refund representing the remainder of the reseller’s prepaid membership term.  6) If enrolling as Elite Resellers, reseller agrees to promptly send MAS 90/200 literature and an access link to view an online MAS 90/200 DEMO.

All participating resellers claim to be authorized by Sage Software, Inc as authorized MAS90 (and/or MAS 200) resellers. Each reseller bears their own responsibility for claiming their level or degree of authorization(s), indicated above. Reseller understands that "ASC90.net" does not publish MAS 90 / MAS 200 accounting software, Sage Software does. Reseller understands that the details of services provided on this site are subject to change, without notice. Reseller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AccountingSoftwareConsultants.Net, its parent company, subsidiaries, partners, shareholders, and / or its principals.
