Enrollment for Enhancement Providers of MAS90 Expansion

You, the publisher or developer of enhancement(s) to MAS90 and MAS200 (henceforth referred to simply as MAS90), understand that:

The Enhancements Directory section of this site, the section to which you are enrolling, is an addendum to our already successful site, which generates and captures MAS90 leads, and passes that lead information to MAS90 resellers who are Elite members of our site.  The purpose of the Enhancements Directory section of this site, the section to which you are enrolling, is;

1)   to expose and market your MAS90 Enhancement Product(s) to end-user prospects, and to MAS90 resellers alike,

      and to expose your product's details and your company's contact information to any prospective end-user and resellers, by linking them to your own Product Spec Sheet,

2)   to generate and capture information about leads that might be interested in your product,

      and, to send out your contact information, along with that lead information, to the appropriate MAS90 resellers, to encourage them to try to sell your product,

3)   to, thereby, help you forge new relationships with new resellers.

Membership in our Enhancements section lists your MAS 90 enhancement product on a page for that specific type of Enhancement. (For Example EDI Enhancement providers will be listed on the EDI Enhancements Page.)  This page of listings can be found via a link on the most pertinent page within our original Resource Center (so, in our EDI example, you can find the EDI Enhancements Page from a link on the Distribution Page of our Resource Center, which would list EDI right along with the standard MAS90 modules) and also via a link on our new Enhancements page.  Once a prospect for your product is reading that page, if he is interested in your product he will be encouraged to request more MAS90 info, and to fill in your product name in a comment field, as his preference. That entry will be forwarded with the rest of the prospect's information to a MAS90 reseller. As well, when a prospect is interested in your product he can click on a Linked Spec Sheet Document that you provide.  The prospect can then contact you via the contact information on that Linked Product Spec Sheet.

Features of our Enhancement Listing:

1.   Descriptive Paragraph - a paragraph of up to 400 characters, including spaces.  This paragraph will have a title including your product name and your company name.

 3.  Custom Logo Display - The logo that you provide will appear next to the title above your enhancement's descriptive paragraph.  You would provide us with a JPEG or GIF file no larger than 100 X 400 pixels.

 4.  Linked Spec Sheet Document - You send us this document, limited to two 8"x11" pages, and we will post it as a module spec sheet on our website, accessible via a link under your descriptive paragraph.   This spec sheet document is your opportunity to provide a comprehensive description of your particular enhancement solution.  This document may also include your company's contact information.  (Ask about additional fees for additional pages on the same linked document, or for additional links to additional documents.) 

5.  Lead Referral Service - Your contact information will be sent to a MAS90 / MAS200 reseller, whenever a prospect requests information for your type of enhancement (Ex: EDI or POS). That means your name and contact information will be included with that lead info, to the reseller, whether or not the prospect expressed interest specifically in your product.
This will expose your name to the resellers, exactly when and where they need to see it. We view this feature as your most potent & valuable marketing available - maybe more powerful and more efficient than any mailer, newsletter, or even trade show - because the resellers do not need to gather up your info when they don't even need it, and save it for when they might. Rather, we are generating the lead for your enhancement, and presenting it to the local MAS90 resellers, together with your contact information. That means that in addition to exposing your product to end-user prospects, if the prospect is interested in that type of enhancement, your name and contact info get exposed to the MAS90 reseller with the prospect's info. In a survey, our member MAS90 resellers said that they would more likely contact you if they saw your contact information only when and where they need it, together with an applicable lead.

Your credit card will automatically be charged every three months, in three-month increments, on the 21^st of the month preceding your next three months unless you notify us, by the 20^th of the month preceding your next three months, via email at cancellations@accountingsoftwareconsultants.net, that you wish to cancel.  For example, if you have enrolled for September through November, then your next three months would be charged on November 21^st, for December through February, unless you notify us by November 20^th, that you wish to cancel.  Memberships start on the 1^st of the month, but can be pro-rated from the 16^th of the month - if started on the 16^th your account will be charged for 3.5 months for the initial billing.
 

Please notify us if you think the text on our pages that introduce your product should be changed, or if you think we should add, delete, or merge any type of enhancement.  We will consider your request, without any obligations. Therefore, AccountingSoftwareConsultants.net reserves the right to change the text and/or content on our Enhancements Page and in our Resource Center, at any time, without any notice to any enhancement developer or advertiser, even if this text introduces enhancement developer's or advertiser's product listing.   AccountingSoftwareConsultants.net reserves the right to change the content of your descriptive text, logo, and/or linked spec sheet document, at our sole discretion.  However, we will notify you by thirty days after we make such changes.

This site is a joint venture of participating software consultants and enhancement firms (known as consultants or resellers).  Reseller or Enhancement Provider understands that AccountingSoftwareConsultants.net does not publish the MAS 90 / MAS 200 accounting software, Sage Software does.  Reseller or Enhancement Provider understands that the details of services provided on this site are subject to change, without notice.  Enhancement Provider understands that the text on the page that introduces their enhancement listing (meaning the Enhancements page or the appropriate page in our Resource Center) is subject to change at any time, without notice.  This is not an offer, but an application, and AccountingSoftwareConsultants.net is not bound to list Reseller or Enhancement Provider unless and until AccountingSoftwareConsultants.net approves and accepts this application. Enhancement provider (you) understands that all lead responses will only be distributed to our member MAS 90 / MAS 200 resellers, and not to the Enhancement Provider directly.  The purpose of the Enhancement Directory is to provide enhancement information to the end-user to aid in their decision-making process, and to send the Enhancement Provider's (your) contact information to the MAS90 / MAS200 resellers along with all applicable leads.  However prospects may contact the enhancement provider directly, using the contact info that they find on your Linked Spec Sheet Document.  This Directory might also be accessed by any MAS 90 / MAS 200 reseller for the purpose of obtaining Enhancement product information.

You, the publisher/developer of enhancement(s) designed for MAS90 and MAS200 agree to the terms listed above, and are authorized to represent your company in a legally binding contract.
